GUARDIAN INFORMATION NOTICE FOR MAARIF TURKISH LANGUAGE DEBATE FINAL PROGRAM

1. Information About the Program

I hereby give my full and voluntary consent for my child to travel to and participate in the official field trip to Istanbul, Turkey, for the purpose of sightseeing and attending the Debate Tournament, and to appear as a participant/contestant on the live or recorded television broadcast produced by the TRT (Turkish national television channel). I acknowledge that I have been fully informed about the trip itinerary, supervision arrangements, and broadcast protocols, and I authorize the accompanying school officials to take any necessary actions, including arranging for emergency medical treatment, during the duration of the travel and studio recordings in Istanbul.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

I acknowledge and declare that the authorship of the written and visual content produced by the student for whom I am the parent/guardian within the scope of the project belongs to the student and is reserved. As the parent/guardian, I hereby grant permission for such content to be used, reproduced, distributed, and made available to the public by the Turkish Maarif Foundation, free of charge, for an indefinite period, and on a non-exclusive basis, for educational, instructional, promotional, reporting, archiving, and publishing purposes, in digital or printed media (including but not limited to e-journals, selections, sample practices, institutional publications, websites, and similar educational materials). I further acknowledge and declare that I will not request any additional permission, approval, or make any financial or moral claims arising from such use.
