Iraq Maarif Schools
The STEM approach, which we have
implemented with the aim of creating a culture of interdisciplinary work and
learning by producing, provides our students with the opportunity to transform
their knowledge into skills within a value framework.
In the STEM laboratories in our
schools, our students carry out studies using project-based learning steps. In
the Iraq Maarif Schools STEM laboratory, our students prepared the search and
rescue robot named M.E.R.T., and the robot project that distinguish objects
according to their colors stand out. Our students participate in various
robotic project competitions and win degrees. The M.E.R.T. search and rescue
robot won the jury's special award in the competition organized at Salahaddin
University.
In today's world where technology
is developing rapidly, Maarif students put what they have learned into practice
that build the future with their knowledge, skills and values.
