TURKISH MAARIF FOUNDATION EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATION ACTIVITIES

I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data in the categories of identity, contact, and transaction security for the e-newsletter subscription and information processes, by the Turkish Maarif Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “MAARIF”) as the data controller, for the purposes of promoting educational events, activities, seminars, and summits intended for parents, participants, or other relevant individuals; conducting communication activities related to such events; and sharing updates regarding MAARIF. I have read the Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data in Communication and Information Activities attached to this statement, and I have been adequately and comprehensively informed about the purposes, scope, and means of the processing of my personal data. I acknowledge that, although it falls outside MAARIF’s area of responsibility, the third countries to which personal data may be transferred may not meet the adequate data protection standards. I am aware that I may withdraw my explicit consent given under this form at any time, as explained in the information notice.

☐  I explicitly consent to the transfer of the aforementioned personal data to service providers located abroad that are used by MAARIF in the processes of sending e-newsletters, information messages, and event announcements, in accordance with the conditions for the transfer of personal data set out in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Turkey and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), along with relevant secondary legislation.
