Within this framework, the main principles of the Turkish Maarif Foundation’s Human Resources Policy are as follows:
To employ individuals who have international experience, foreign language skills, and professional competence in line with the mission and vision of our Foundation,
To discover young talents who do not yet have sufficient experience and professional competence, support them through training programs, and bring them into the Foundation,
To ensure the creation of a common “Corporate Culture” by meeting the social and cultural needs of employees in order to increase their productivity,
