Students learn to learn and think on their own while gaining 21st century skills through the teams and projects they create.
Venezuela International Education Schools organise science festivals in all grades from primary school to high school in order to transfer the interaction between science-technology-student through activities.
In the Science Festival, students create projects and activities that they are interested in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Social Sciences and Humanities, and exhibit their work. Students reinforce their knowledge by using the internet, information and communication technologies to research and produce their projects. Coming together around a common endeavour, students grasp the importance of time management and teamwork, and realise that group members must fulfil their responsibilities, respect and tolerate each other in order to complete a project on time and successfully.
