June 12, 2024

In the Kangaroo Competition organized by the Kosovo Mathematics Association, our student Fatih Hasani from the International Maarif Schools Pristina Campus has entered the best category among the 7th and 8th graders. This great success once again emphasizes the importance of the competition organized to encourage interest in mathematics.

The Kangaroo Competition is supported by the Kosovo Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation. The annual competition allows students from different schools to test their knowledge and skills in mathematics. In 2024, more than 2,000 students participated in the Kangaroo Challenge and challenged themselves to solve various math problems.

Out of all the participants (more than 2,000), 32 winners were announced in different categories, divided according to age groups and difficulty levels. These winners stood out by demonstrating exceptional knowledge and skills in the field of mathematics.

Our student Fatih Hasani is a source of pride for his outstanding performance in the Kangaroo Competition. More than 6 million students from around 80 different countries take part in this worldwide competition on the same day.

In addition, our student Fatih Hasani came third in the Eurasian Spelling Bee Lexical Skills Competition held in May.
