The Maarif Science and Arts Workshop organized by the Education and Training Practices Department of Turkish Maarif Foundation (TMF) was held at the headquarters of the foundation.
Moderated by Prof. Dr. Ahmet Emre Bilgili, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the workshop started with the presentation of Ahmet Türkben, Member of the Board of Directors, on institutional introduction. The workshop was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Otrar, Director General of Special Education and Guidance Services of the Ministry of National Education, Prof. Dr. Uğur Sak, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Baloğlu, Assoc. Dr. Ahmet Kurnaz, Assoc. Dr. Ahmet Bildiren and Prof. Dr. Oğuz Köklü.
At the workshop, workshops and club activities aimed at improving the quality of education in TMF Schools were evaluated. Practices for the discovery and development of students' talents were emphasized.
